Cherries have been popular throughout the world for centuries, and enjoyed by Americans since settlers brought them by ship in the 1600’s.

This rare delight, a translucent, red-amber variety was named after majestic Mt. Rainier, the highest point in Washington State.

Rainier cherries are subtly sweet with a light tartness similar to apricot. Prepared in small batches, ours are much plumper, larger and moister than others you’ll find. A distinctive addition to baked treat, cereals, trail mix or snacks. Rainiers are a most unusual cherry treat.
