Meduri Cinnamon Fuji Apple Pie
Try a unique version of this all-American classic. You've never tasted apple pie like this.
Ingredients:
2 lbs. Meduri World Delights Cinnamon Fuji apples wedges
Pie crust (home made or pre-made dough sheet) to fit 9" pan
1/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon salted butter
Directions:
- Place Cinnamon Fuji apple wedges in water for 30 minutes to rehydrate
- Place bottom crust in pan
- Drain water from hydrated apples
- Mix in flour
- Add apples to pan
- Spread butter on top
- Apply top crust
- Bake 35 minutes at 425°F
- Serve and enjoy.
